Matador Properties offers great and affordable housing near Texas Tech campus and the Medical District.  We strive to provide excellent customer service to potential and current tenants. This is a Tech Alumni owned and operated group who is not too far removed from Tech themselves. That said, we understand renters' wants and needs. When we were students at Tech, we dealt with our fair share of living situations. For instance, the last thing we wanted to deal with was taking care of the yard and moving appliances around.  For this reason, unless otherwise stated, all stated rents come with lawn service and appliances.
